Refund and Cancellation Policy

​At Best Cleaners Ltd, we aim to provide the highest quality cleaning services. Because we provide a manual service, we do not typically offer cash refunds; however, we stand behind our work with our Service Satisfaction Guarantee.

​1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

​If you are not 100% satisfied with any area we have cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours of the completion of the service.

  • ​We will send a team back to your property to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional cost to you.
  • ​Please note that notification after 24 hours will be treated as a new booking.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

​We understand that plans change. To maintain our schedule and fair wages for our cleaners, we require the following:

  • More than 48 hours notice: No charge. You may reschedule or cancel your booking for a full refund of any deposit paid.


  • Less than 24 hours notice (or "Lock-outs"): If our cleaners arrive and cannot access the property, or if the booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, the full service fee (or 100% of the deposit) will be non-refundable.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

​Partial or full refunds are only considered in the following rare circumstances:

  • ​A service was paid for in advance but could not be fulfilled by Best Cleaners Ltd due to staff illness or equipment failure.
  • ​A "Reclean" was performed and the quality standards were still not met according to the original booking description.


4. Liability and Insurance

Best Cleaners Ltd is fully insured for public liability. While we take the utmost care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear in the property
